CANT JOIN RIdGE RACERS GAMES (SPAIN)

Hi!! i follow steps of the FAQ and other posts...I explain my problems:

When i connect to KAI and if i go to diagnostic mode , PSP is search, it also puts NETWORK REACHABLE: yes...so the most important things i think are correct....

if i try to join a battle , psp tries to detect games... but only appears a screen without cars with 3 options: OK, and other 2 options in japanese that i think is to keep on trying to find games.....but nothing else happens if i try...

having the psp connected to kai if i enter an arena my psp name should appear? cause i dont see my name or anything similar.....

can anyone suggest me what can be or what to do... mi nic in kai is manolillor.
