I've seen this "Borg Leader" jumping sky high to but as you say he was really poor at the game and I got several kills on him before he quit. I don't mind if people are trying to explore the level with the consent and help of everyone else but when in game and looking for the kill its' Feckin annoying when you come across a cheater.
i tend to play in a private arena with a few friends and if we see him cheating again he'll get booted.
Keep a look out.
