Anyone with a video capture card? It would be nice if we could have a video of both tunnels running on the same connection, for propaganda purposes  |

The difference bweteen kai and WP running a GC game is probably so small it doesn't even matter...both are really good programs anyways so there is no need to compare them....just use them both!  |

no way man warppipe is way slower trust me as someone who plays regularly i have used both prog a lot so i know xlink is definately faster. |

Xlink is faster overall but it gets laggy when you mash buttons. Just an observation. |

Actually, the beta version of 0.4 is faster. |

possibly (i've yet to connect to a game), but only after wp devs followed Kais example of no compression (basically admitting they were on the wrong track all that time)
Anyway, lets wait a few auto updates and see what happens |

btw it is true wp .4 does not compress chad told a friend of mine, but anyway people have been saying that warppipe is now as fast as kai, lets just say that it is for a second just for kicks, the down side to .4 is its really unstable i have only had 2 successful races off of it out of 10 all the rest had errors. So lets let the lil warppipe babies say that theirs is AS fast but theirs no way in hell its better. |

To compare WP 0.4 BETA wiht Xlink (Kai) that just not right (IMHO).
Meaning Kai probably had same problem when it was beta, but NOW is very much fixed. |

That is one way to put it...
The other way is, Xlink is "older" than Wp and thus many bugs that WP is struggeling with now, is already fixed i Xlink (Kai). |
