hi, newbie here.
I'm having trouble running xlink from my xbmc. I go into programs where my games are listed and on the side menu there is the xlink kai option click on that and it opens the screen but displays a messase saying 'the service is not connected, would you like t... reconnecting it with XBMC' I've put my username password in the settings menu, does anyone know what i've forgotten to do?
PS do I need to run xlink on my pc too, and my setup is through a router.
Thanks in advance |

Go to http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/?go=download and download the official XBMC+Kai userguide and follow those steps to make sure you have done everything correct.
Yes, you have to run the Kai engine somewhere.
And I suggest you try to get Kai running on the PC (Engine + UI) to see if everything works ok. Only if it works then should you move on to XBMC. |

Use the PC adn the Quick Start Guide / Step-by-Step troubleshooter to identify the problem. |
