whats the difference between a cross over cat-5 and a regular cat-5? I have 2 network cards and i want to know if i can still connect my ps2 console with the cat-5 wire i use to my pc? plz help me on this issue and If there is a difference where can i get a "cross-over cat-5 from?" i live in the U.S.

a cross over cat 5 reverses the send and receive wires on either end.
for example
Patch cable
in your case, because your hooking up 2 NIC cards, you would need a Crossover cable. A stardard patch cable is used for like between your pc and a router.[/code]

and you can get one at any bestbuy/circutcity.. probly even radioshack.
